Greetings from the Bajamar Homeowners Association; we would like you to know that this hand book contains official information about this Association and that everything that you read here is it legal and updated for application this year.

Our intention with this handbook is to provide you with the necessary information to make your life easier here in Bajamar. Here you will find all the information you need to have a safe and happy staying in this community; emergency phone numbers, conduct rules, covenants, conditions and restrictions, design rules, guest policy, pools and tennis court policies, service providers, places to visit in Ensenada, payments and special assessment structure, names of the people in charge of the community, among other things.

First you will have to know where you are located, so you will find a map showing the location of Bajamar, a map from Ensenada, another for Mision Todos Santos and another for Mision San Diego.
