PAYMENTS STRUCTURE
As an association, here in Bajamar, we have expenses that we need to cover, being a non profit organization, the way for us to receive any income of money is by the Home Owners dues. This money is used mostly to cover manteinance expenses, payroll personal.
BHOA DUES ARE DUE THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH
LATE FEE APPLIED AFTER THE 16TH OF EACH MONTH
LATE FEE FOR THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE DUE MONTH
ANNUAL RECREATIONAL FEE IS DUE IN JANUARY OF EACH YEAR
