Monthly dues: $135 per month
Recreation fee: $25 annually, due with January Payment.

Your check or money order for $1,564 must be received in the BHOA office postmarked no later than January 31st, 2010 in order for you to receive the 5% discount. Payments received with a postmark later than January 31st will be billed for the 5%.

Monthly dues are due in the BHOA office by the 1sth of each month, starting with January 1st, 2010. A minimum finance charge of US$35 will be charged on all monthly payments not received in the office by close of business on the 30th, plus simple interest of 1.5% per month.

The account of Members who are in arrears 120 days will be turned over to our Attorney for collection. Members will have a lien filed on their property and will be fully liable for attorney’s fees, costs, and the cost of the lien, in addition to the amount owed for dues as described in Section
6.07 of the Bajamar Protections (CCRs).
